How does the referral programme work?
Here’s how you can refer your friends to earn credit to spend on your next purchase:
- Head to your custom referral page here and sign in to your account.
- Click on any of the social media icons to share your unique code to your friends.
- Once your friend (s) have completed their order we will send you an email to let you know that your credit is in your account and ready to be spent.
Alternatively, your friend can insert your unique code at the basket where they will be asked to login to verify they are a new customer. Once they have created their account and they meet the special offers necessary requirements to take advantage of the offer they can proceed to checkout.
How can I see how many friends I have referred and how much credit I have?
At the top of your account section we will display both the number of people you have referred and the amount of credit you have earned in vouchers through the referral programme. Additionally, you will be able to see the same information on your referral page.
How long does it take to receive my reward for a referral?
Rewards will be received within 24 hours after the dispatch date of your friend's order.
When will my awarded credit expire?
All rewarded credit that you receive will expire after 12 months.
Will I receive any emails regarding the referral programme?
When you are awarded credit, you will receive an email that will advise you how much credit you have earned.
Will I still get credit if my friend signs up asing a different email address?
As long as your friend signs up for an account with either the referral link or your unique code, you’ll earn referral credit. The email address you referred used to sign up doesn’t need to be the same as the email address to which you sent the referral invitation.
If your friends receive multiple referrals from multiple senders, only the sender of the referral link used when they create their account will earn credit.
Can my friend still take advantage of the referral programme if they have shopped with Eyeko before?
The referral programme is only for new customers. However, if they have an account but haven't shopped with Eyeko before then they still will be able to take advantage of the programme by using your referral link.
Are there any exclusions?
No! You and your friends can use your voucher against every product we sell.
