Fluffy Eyebrows Tutorial
The fluffy brow look is all about creating texture but, unlike a laminated brow, this texture should look soft and fringe-like. You can also change the amount of colour product you put in fluffy eyebrows to make it as strong or as natural as you want it to be. Ultimately, though, the secret to full, fluffy brows is having the right equipment. Here's how you can create the look you're after.
STEP ONE – First, groom your brows by combing through them. This can also help you spot sparse areas where you need to put colour products.
STEP TWO – Take your favourite coloured brow product. We recommend the Micro Brow Precision Pencil, as it allows you to apply hair strokes where needed. To create natural, fluffy eyebrows, simply fill in the gaps. For a stronger look, add depth at the bottom of the brow and leave the top sparser. We want to keep the hairs visible and avoid creating a block of colour.
STEP THREE – Using our Fluffy Brow Volumising Fibre Gel, start in the middle of the brow and brush upwards, lightly and at a slight angle. The fluffy ends of the brow hairs should be pointing up against your skin. Do the same for the brow tail, this time combing downwards but still at an angle so you can see the hairs.
STEP FOUR – When focusing on your inner corner, aim to keep less product on the brush to avoid your brows looking too intense. Make sure the brow hairs are pointing directly upwards to create the right texture for thick, fluffy eyebrows. Once the brow gel is dried, you can go back in with the pencil if you feel like you need more definition.
