Shadow Stick
Brilliant pencil, most eye pencils irritate my eyes but this doesn’t so i am very pleased. It glides on easily and doesn’t move when on, great pencil.
Smudges very easily
I really don't like to leave negative reviews but want to be honest to help others. I tried using this crayon with and without primer, on its own, over foundation and powder and over my favourite long lasting eyeshadow but every time it had smudged horrendously within half an hour. I am a qualified beautician so know how to apply makeup to last. It's such a shame because it's so easy to apply and looks lovely before it starts to smudge.
Doesn't last
I had high hopes for this. I love the mascara and eyeliner for their staying power. Even after teaching 4 fitness classes my winged eyeliner is still there. The duo eyes shadow stick was creasing after a few minutes. Ive tried it with primer and layering powder over it and it doesnt stay at all. Any tips welcome! I really wanted to love this
EUREKA!
I am overjoyed ! It took me a very long time, but at rather mature age I can now say I have found the perfect eyeshadows and mascara ! So easy to apply, lasts all day, copes well with deep wrinkles and not so fine lines. I now have three of the eye sticks and tried several of the mascaras, plus the SPORT full size, which is perfect. Girls, try this product, it’s great,. I now have my daughter on it and all my 70 -80 year old friends. THANK YOU
Easy to use
Been using Dusk to Dawn now for a few weeks and it goes on easy. I am in the process of changing all my beauty products over to cruelty free as they run out as for years always used Lancome products . It isn't quite the same and I do have a bit of smudging as the day goes on , but think maybe due to more creams on my face and hayfever. Would definitely consider buying more darker colours when I need. I had tried other brands like Gosh and Elf but although their colours lovely they smudged more . Trying to make sensible choices but hard when we cannot try samples due to Covid etc
Awesome product
I have always loved make up in pencil form and this is one of the best I tried. Really versatile, easy to apply with just your finger in minutes, and doesn't crease for hours. The Rock n Roll option really makes me hazel eyes pop. I highly recommend this!
New favourite!
After having tried a couple of eyeshadow sticks from other brands, I have to say this is my new favourite and the easiest to apply, being a cinch to apply and easily bleandable. Also effectively half the price of the others, as you get two colours on each stick. It also came with a pencil sharpener, which is incredibly useful.
Double Act Shadow Stick - just what I've been searching for!
These new pencils are fantastic! I've been searching for the perfect combination of colour, texture and staying power and these have all three. They are a lovely texture which makes them a doddle to apply, really soft so they don't drag delicate skin, and what's more the great colour really lasts. I'm ashamed to admit that after a very late night my make-up looked almost perfect the next morning! I bought the Rock & Roll colourway and both ends really make blue eyes pop.
